We are seeking a Senior BI / Data Engineer to help establish a scalable HR Data & Analytics landscape within a largely greenfield environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable datasets and data models
- Build HR Analytics Dashboards at strategic, tactical, and operational levels
- Introduce standards and best practices for Data & BI
Requirements
- Proficiency in Data Engineering
- Expertise in HR Analytics
- Strong skills in Data Modeling
