Responsibilities
- Design and implement BMC Helix solutions for enterprise clients
- Lead integration of BMC Helix with existing IT systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for BMC Helix adoption
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to BMC Helix
- Ensure solutions align with industry standards and client objectives
- Conduct training sessions for client teams on BMC Helix functionalities
- Document solution architectures and configurations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for IT service management
- Stay updated on the latest BMC Helix features and industry trends
Requirements
- Proven experience with BMC Helix platform implementation and support
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes
- Experience with system integration and API management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong documentation skills
