About the Position
Senior Branch Manager - Milton Keynes
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Branch Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes. If you are passionate about leadership, customer service, and driving business success, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Budget Management: Oversee budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents.
- Recruitment: Collaborate with the Talent team to recruit new team members and coach other managers.
- Fleet Management: Manage the vehicle fleet, operational tasks, and delegate tasks for efficient workflows.
- Customer Service: Ensure a premium customer service culture, handle complaints, and optimize processes with regional managers.
Requirements
- Service Mindset: A service-oriented mindset with a focus on direct customer interaction.
- Management Experience: At least 3 years of branch management experience, with 2 to 4 years in sales and customer service.
- Team Development: Proven experience in developing and up-skilling team members.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Communication Excellence: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
