Responsibilities
As a Branch Manager at SIXT, you’ll lead your team, manage the fleet, and ensure top-notch quality. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches
- Increasing revenue and profitability
- Leading and developing Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents
- Recruiting new team members in collaboration with the Talent team
- Coaching other managers in the recruitment process
- Ensuring a premium customer service culture and handling complaints
- Working with regional managers to optimize processes
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Service Mindset: A service-oriented mindset and value direct customer interaction
- Management Experience: At least 3 years of branch management experience, with 2 to 4 years in sales and customer service
- Team Development: Proven experience in developing and up-skilling team members
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Communication Excellence: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
