About the Role

We operate in around 70 countries worldwide and are headquartered in Berlin, Germany. We are now looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Q-commerce team in Bucharest, Romania.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of brands by supporting ongoing campaigns and identifying new opportunities to drive visibility and performance.
- Prepare performance reports, analyze campaign results, and clearly highlight the business impact of Glovo Ads to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support pitch development, proposals, and presentations to help the team convert new brand leads into advertisers.
- Use internal tools and data to identify high-potential brands that could benefit from advertising on Glovo.
- Proactively suggest creative campaign ideas and promotional mechanics that align with brand objectives and Glovo’s seasonal priorities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, content) to ensure campaigns are well executed and aligned with partner goals.
- Help manage day-to-day relationships with brand partners and become a trusted point of contact over time.
- Work closely with the Brand Ads Manager to plan, track, and deliver quarterly revenue goals.
Requirements
- Academic background in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business Analytics.
- Strong familiarity with SQL (minimum 2 years, Python is a plus) preferably in a tech, media, or eCommerce environment.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with performance data and drawing actionable insights.
- Presentation and communication skills; able to explain results and strategy in a simple, compelling way.
- Commercial curiosity; you like to dig into numbers and trends to find new opportunities for growth.
- Self-starter attitude with great attention to detail and organization.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides. Experience with dashboards, CRM tools, or BI tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus!).
