About the Role

• Brandschutztechnische Planung und Produktentwicklung für Holzbauten der Gebäudeklassen 4 und 5
• Implementierung modernster Lösungen in unser Wohnbauprodukt
• Regelmäßige und kontrollierte Weiterentwicklung des Produkts im Rahmen des Serien- und Änderungsmanagements
• Koordination mit Planungsdisziplinen wie Architektur, Ingenieurwesen, MEP, Bauphysik, Akustik und Energieplanung
• Beitrag zur Verbesserung der kurz- und langfristigen Zertifizierungsstrategien für unser Bauprodukt
• Entwurf und Koordination von physikalischen Tests im GROPYUS-Prototyping-Center in unserem Werk und mit externen Testinstituten
• Kommunikation mit externen Beratern, Behörden und Instituten
• Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Brandschutzvorschriften in Deutschland durch verschiedene Engagements von GROPYUS

About You

Required

• Experience in the construction industry and project experience in the LP5+ project phase in Germany and/or Austria
• Knowledge of relevant standards and legal texts in Germany and/or Austria
• Experience in creating fire protection concepts
• Fluent German skills in speech and writing

Desirable

• Experience in residential construction of building classes 4 and/or 5
• Experience in timber construction
• Experience in product certification
• Experience in Rhino or Revit is a plus, alternatively AutoCAD
• Fluent English skills in speech and writing

Salary: Austrian salary range, based on 14 months

€70.000 - €77.000 EUR
