Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will join a project which focuses on the delivery of executive-facing intelligent applications that leverage both structured and unstructured data to provide actionable business insights through a modern and intuitive user experience. The initiative includes the design of a scalable data ingestion framework, advanced business logic, and AI-driven capabilities, delivered through a phased approach with an initial Proof of Concept (PoC) followed by a full-scale enterprise implementation.

Responsibilities

• Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements from senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Translating business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and solution requirements
• Defining requirements for structured and unstructured data ingestion, processing, and governance
• Collaborating with architects, UX/UI designers, data engineers, and development teams to shape solution design
• Supporting the definition of AI-driven use cases, business rules, and decision-making workflows
• Managing backlog prioritization and ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivery milestones
• Facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements validation sessions
• Supporting PoC planning, delivery tracking, and transition into subsequent project phases
• Preparing business documentation, acceptance criteria, and executive-level presentations
• Assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensuring successful adoption of delivered solutions

Requirements

• Strong experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and executive communication
• Hands-on experience with user story mapping, backlog management, and requirements prioritization
• Experience modeling and optimizing business processes using BPMN, process flows, and process improvement methodologies
• Strong understanding of data analysis, data governance, and data-related business requirements
• Experience defining and documenting both structured and unstructured data requirements
• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, intelligent applications, and related business use cases
• Ability to define and document UX/UI requirements with a focus on user experience and business value
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern product delivery practices
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements
• Strong experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defining clear acceptance criteria
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across business, product, and technology functions
• Experience supporting roadmap planning, phased delivery, and product evolution initiatives
• Strong documentation skills and a passion for driving business process improvement initiatives
