Senior Business Analyst

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with practical experience in digital transformation, especially in eCommerce and CMS settings. In this position, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that drive business growth and digital progress. The ideal candidate is adept at gathering requirements, crafting solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct the collection and documentation of business requirements for digital transformation projects, focusing on eCommerce and CMS platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders including internal teams, clients, and vendors to clarify business objectives and convert them into technical and functional requirements
• Evaluate processes, identify gaps, and design enhancements to improve digital workflows, customer journeys, and operational efficiency
• Work with Solution Architects, developers, UX designers, project managers, and product owners to align technology solutions with business needs
• Assess and record current systems, workflows, and data flows to find opportunities for automation or improvement
• Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for projects in Agile or Scrum environments
• Support the digital transformation roadmap, prioritizing scalability, performance, and user experience
• Conduct risk assessments and communicate the impact of changes to stakeholders
• Lead workshops, presentations, and meetings to gather input, align goals, and provide updates
• Participate in testing activities to ensure business requirements are met through User Acceptance Testing and Quality Assurance

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst specializing in digital transformation projects
• Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms such as SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopify, CommerceTools, and CMS tools like Contentful, Contentstack, or WordPress
• Demonstrated ability to lead requirements gathering for complex projects and deliver clear, actionable documentation
• Strong understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
• Advanced data analysis skills for turning information into business insights
• Proficiency in business process modeling, BPMN, and workflow diagramming
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration and project execution
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar for project management and team coordination
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-moving environments
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher, both written and spoken

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline for a solid academic background
