About the Position
Join Intellias as a Senior Business Analyst for a leading European provider of B2B solutions for mobility and fleet services. You will work on a project centered around e-Invoicing across the EU, addressing regulatory compliance, automation of billing flows, and integration with governmental and partner systems.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and specifications
- Support development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions
- Validate delivered functionality against requirements
- Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities
Requirements
Must-have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software delivery projects
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Solid understanding of financial systems, billing, or invoicing processes
- Experience with system integrations and API-based solutions
- Knowledge of e-Invoicing standards and regulations in the EU (e.g., XRechnung/ZUGFeRD/EN 16931)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams
- Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence)
- Knowledge of prototyping tools (Figma, Miro)
- Strong English and Ukrainian
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Logistics, as well as Fleet and Transportation Management Systems
- Experience with payment platforms or fintech solutions
- Knowledge of European tax and compliance frameworks
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience working with international clients and multi-country projects
- German verbal and written communication skills
