About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our Swedish IT company in Ukraine, specializing in information management and digitalization. The Client is a leading IT company that provides software solutions, consultancy, licensing, and support to organizations across various industries. We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to help the team build OpenText Content Server, replacing the Client’s 20-year-old, unpopular e-docs system with a platform for living working documents and information management with heavy compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Coordinate collaboration between the customer and development team to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Prepare and align business requirements
- Mentor and provide professional support to a team of BA colleagues
- Develop specifications, user stories, and business process documentation
- Conduct high-level analysis of IT capabilities for product or process change requests affected within project and task execution
- Identify areas for process improvement and provide actionable recommendations
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders
- Support project delivery by monitoring progress and assisting in issue resolution
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Experience working with Content Management Systems (Enterprise Content Management (ECM))
- Experience defining business processes and facilitating process improvements
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English
