About the Position

We are looking for someone who can look at a topic from both a business and technical perspective, while also feeling comfortable working directly with clients.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Understanding client needs, translating them into clear requirements, and working with the technical team to find the best solution.
• Conducting client meetings and workshops, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
• Assessing the feasibility of requirements together with the technical team and looking for alternative solutions.
• Preparing analyses, modeling processes, and creating and maintaining project documentation.
• Designing and documenting integration solutions, including APIs, data mappings, and flows between systems.
• Working closely with the development team during implementation and refinement of requirements.
• Independently managing analytical topics, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions that address the client’s business needs.
• Using AI to support analytical work, including vibe coding and rapid prototyping for demos.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in analysis within IT projects.
• Experience working with clients, particularly in understanding needs, gathering requirements, and proposing solutions.
• Experience in both business and system analysis.
• Process modeling skills (UML, BPMN) and experience creating project documentation.
• Experience working with development teams.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data mapping.
• Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• The ability to assess the feasibility of requirements and work with the technical team to select the right solution.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and experience using AI in analytical processes.
• Good English skills, at least B2 level.

Nice to Have

• Ability to prepare high-level system architecture proposals.
• Experience in system architecture modeling and designing reusable solutions.

Recruitment Process

4. Recruitment interview – A roughly 45-minute online meeting with the recruiter and the Team Leader to assess your fit with the team.
5. The decision – Presented to you about 2 weeks after the interview.
