About the Position
Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience in IT to join our team in Florianopolis, Brazil. The role focuses on cloud products for Fortune 500 companies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud products for large enterprise companies.
- Work with Google, AWS, or Azure Cloud products and services.
- Understand enterprise clients' business operations and digital transformation concepts.
- Define 'as-is' state for enterprise business solutions, model 'to be' state, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
- Maintain and update a Roadmap for cloud products and services that align with business objectives.
- Develop a business case to assess the feasibility of possible solutions or investments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in IT.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud products for large Fortune 500 enterprise companies.
- Successful working with Google, AWS, or Azure Cloud products and services.
- Deep understanding of enterprise clients' business operations and digital transformation concepts.
- Full overview of management principles and project management specifics.
- Expert in business architecture frameworks.
- Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills.
- Advanced English level for client communication.

- Knowledge of software development specifics and methodologies.
- Proficiency in business process modeling, prototyping, and modeling tools.
- Strong cross-cultural awareness.
- Skilled negotiation, influence, and conflict resolution.
