About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (AI/ML)-B2B to join our team in Łódź, Poland. You will be part of a banking project for an international client.

Responsibilities

Analyze business use cases where AI/ML can support operations, risk, automation, or decisioning.
Define functional and data requirements for AI-enabled features or ML-supported processes.
Capture input data, decision points, explainability, controls, and human-in-the-loop requirements.
Work closely with data/ML engineers to make requirements clear, feasible, and testable.
Support governance, compliance, and operational readiness for AI-enabled components.
Ensure delivered solutions meet regulatory and risk management requirements.
Maintain effective communication with business, risk, and technology stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or banking environment.
Experience in using AI models.
Ability to perform functional and business analysis and manage a product backlog.
Fluency in English.
Experience working in Agile methodologies.
Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (2 days in the office per week).
Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
