About the Company
For an international FMCG/retail company in the CZ/SK/DE region, we are looking for an experienced leader whose team directly influences pricing, business strategies, and overall brand growth.
Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and developing an international analytics team.
- Setting up KPI frameworks, reporting standards, data governance, and methodologies for CZ/SK/DE.
- Prioritizing analytical requirements and managing project roadmaps.
- Close collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and RGM.
- Delivering comprehensive analyses of profitability, pricing, and growth opportunities.
- Supporting automation, innovation, and the implementation of modern tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analytics, BI, or finance.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in leading people.
- Practical knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Excel (Power Query/Pivot).
- Basic understanding of cloud data and data warehouses (Databricks is a plus).
- Excellent English and Czech/Slovak, strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong background in FMCG, CPG, or retail is a plus.
