MEET YOUR TEAM: BUSINESS OPERATIONS

adjoe’s Business Operations team connects the dots between business and tech. They analyze data across adjoe’s advertising supply and demand to identify gaps, align priorities, and drive smarter decisions. They ensure product roadmaps reflect business needs, and work closely with Tech to bring them to life. To make sure big ideas don’t get stuck, these people work across teams launching initiatives, fixing process gaps, and shaping product direction based on what the data says.

Responsibilities

Create, analyze, and communicate reports and statistics for our business teams and partners.
Gather, validate, and document the business needs.
Analyze commercial data such as revenues, CPIs, and other KPIs.
Model the business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions.
Outline the business impact of proposed ideas (Earning vs Costs).
Simplify information so it is easily comprehended.
Implement and test solutions.

Requirements

Business orientation and ability to connect business dots and values behind numbers.
Ability to express technical issues comprehensively in business language.
Competent in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong critical thinking with clear action points, and a proactive approach.
Experience with Visual analytic platforms.
Team player and enjoy helping others.

Nice to Have

Experience with SQL.
