Senior Business Analyst - Global Project

We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a global digital transformation project in Hong Kong, focusing on intelligent products and data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to introduce intelligent products, automation, and data-driven solutions across global business operations.
• Conduct detailed business and data analysis to uncover insights, improve workflows, and support strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with regional and global stakeholders to gather business requirements, clarify objectives, and translate needs into practical solutions.
• Analyze current business processes and systems, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, data analysts, developers, and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support global project implementation activities including UAT coordination, user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure solutions align with operational goals and user expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Around 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Digital Transformation, or related functions.
• Candidates with logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation industry background will have a strong advantage.
• Young, energetic, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced global project environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across different countries and cultures.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential to support global and regional stakeholders.
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and business process improvement.
• Familiar with system implementation lifecycle, UAT coordination, and project documentation.
• Comfortable working in an evolving environment with multiple priorities and regional collaboration.
• Experience working with global or regional projects will be an added advantage.
