About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Indeed’s strategic migration to Salesforce Data Cloud, working closely with marketing and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with marketing and product managers to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce Data Cloud use cases;
• Design and optimize data flows and integrations within Salesforce Data Cloud;
• Support analytics and reporting by ensuring high-quality, reliable data pipelines;
• Collaborate closely with data teams, Salesforce admins, and business stakeholders to bridge technical and business requirements;
• Contribute to a fresh start implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud.

Requirements

• +4 years of experience in Business Analyst or similar roles;
• Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud;
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake;
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL;
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, especially marketing managers, to define and prioritize requirements;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business needs;
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Customer 360, analytics enablement, or MDM concepts.
