Senior Business Analyst in Life Science domain

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Biology, Chemistry, or Bioinformatics to join our dynamic team in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors. Our clients include some of the largest companies in the market, specializing in Clinical Trials, Laboratory Automation, Drug Discovery, and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee business analysis for project streams and cross-functional stakeholder teams
• Drive collaboration with scientific experts to thoroughly understand and translate complex business needs into actionable insights
• Define and document detailed requirements, ensuring clear scope decomposition and alignment with project objectives
• Manage and prioritize the project backlog, ensuring that business and technical priorities are clearly communicated and met
• Lead the technical design process, offering strategic input and ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements
• Create comprehensive project documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders
• Provide expert-level analysis and guidance to the Development team, ensuring seamless integration of business and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Background in biology, chemistry, or bioinformatics
• Proficiency in business analysis or product management
• B2+ English (Upper-Intermediate), both verbal and written
• Experience working in a laboratory
• Skills in System or Data Analysis
