Responsibilities

• You will be the central contact person in the Internationalization Team with a focus on data and analysis for our new marketplaces.
• You will create analyses and Tableau dashboards – from strategic to operational – and derive concrete recommendations for action for the Country Management and the specialist departments.
• You will take over data and analysis requirements, model topic-specific datasets in Google BigQuery, and keep our central KPIs in mind.
• You will support the creation of business cases for international initiatives and proactively contribute with your own suggestions.
• You will identify automation potentials in analysis and reporting processes and implement initial automations with tools like n8n – in cooperation with our Center of Excellence for Automation.
• You will use AI tools and LLMs specifically to make your own work more efficient (e.g., for data preparation, research, or initial prototypes of AI-supported workflows).

Requirements

• You have a completed university degree and solid professional experience as an Insights-, Business-, or Data Analyst, ideally in the E-Commerce or Online Marketplace environment.
• Data affinity, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail characterize you.
• You have very good knowledge in SQL and a visualization software (ideally Tableau).
• You have initial experience with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make and have a basic understanding of APIs and data formats such as JSON and REST.
• Light scripting in Python or JavaScript is familiar to you or you are willing to develop in this area.
• You actively use AI tools and LLMs in your daily work and understand how prompting and AI agents can be used for business use cases.
• Very good English skills (C1) and good German skills (min. B2/C1) round off your profile.
