Responsibilities

• Collecting, identifying, and in-depth analysis of business requirements.
• Formalizing technical requirements, writing User Stories, modeling business processes using BPMN and UML diagrams.
• Full support of tasks: from the business requirements analysis stage to successful acceptance testing (UAT) by the customer.
• Creating detailed technical descriptions, assigning tasks to development and QA teams, and controlling backlog filling.
• Close collaboration and regular communication with business customers, stakeholders, and the development team.
• Creating, maintaining, and timely updating project and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Experience as a business or systems analyst for at least 4 years.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and the role of the analyst at each stage.
• Proven experience with APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML formats) and understanding of integration processes.
• Practical skills in using Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI tools.
• Experience integrating with external services, knowledge of security and authorization principles (JWT, Basic Auth, etc.).
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to clearly structure tasks, describe Acceptance Criteria, and work with test cases.
• Excellent communication skills: ability to effectively interact with business customers, development team, QA engineers, and PM.
• Analytical thinking, ability to work with large amounts of information, and competently prioritize.
• English language proficiency at a level sufficient for reading technical documentation and working with integration APIs.
• Experience with logs: error analysis and root cause analysis (Root Cause Analysis).

Nice to Have

• Experience working with a codebase (ability to read/understand code).
• Experience working in a cross-team environment: coordinating adjacent requirements with analysts from other teams, jointly designing integration scenarios.
