About the Position
We are Everstar, the first recruitment agency that helps milltech companies find talented individuals and achieve success together.
Currently, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for our client, one of the largest developers and manufacturers of UAVs for the defense needs of Ukraine.
The company has assembled a strong team of engineers, designers, and specialists in Hardware, QA, RF, who create products that help the military achieve their goals. Our own production facilities allow us to quickly implement changes and ideas.
Responsibilities
- Gathering and Analyzing Requirements: Identifying user needs and internal team requirements to form product and solution requirements.
- Documentation Development: Creating specifications, user stories, and forming a backlog of tasks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Organizing and conducting meetings with internal and external stakeholders to align requirements and expectations.
- Market and Trend Analysis: Researching new technologies, solutions, and competitors to determine product development directions.
- Supporting the Development Team: Explaining requirements, clarifying details, and ensuring functionality meets client requests.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in R&D or technological projects.
- Knowledge of Analytical Methodologies: Proficiency in techniques for gathering and analyzing requirements, process modeling.
- Communication Skills: High level of interpersonal communication skills, ability to work with various stakeholders.
- Documentation Skills: Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- English Language: Intermediate+ level (sufficient for oral and written communication).
- Hardware Project Experience: A significant plus.
