Senior Business Analyst

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive end-to-end requirements work for a cross-functional application development team. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders, support delivery tracking and UAT, and ensure requirements are carried through design, build, test, and release.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Define success criteria and acceptance criteria for initiatives and releases
• Map current and future workflows, processes, and system behaviors
• Translate business needs into actionable, testable requirements for technical teams
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather feedback, clarify scope, and align expectations
• Track and report delivery status, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and action items
• Plan and coordinate UAT scenarios, sessions, results, and business sign-off
• Maintain requirements traceability across design, development, testing, and deployment
• Validate implemented solutions against requirements and support release readiness
• Create user-facing documentation for new functionality, behaviors, and workflows
• Support post-deployment validation and document lessons learned and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years Business Analysis experience on software development projects
• 3+ years Requirements Lifecycle Management experience across delivery phases
• Hands-on Large Language Models (LLM) experience using tools such as ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot for analysis and documentation support
• Strong stakeholder management experience across business, product, and engineering groups
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong data analysis skills to define KPIs, interpret results, and produce insights
• Excellent documentation skills for requirements, process flows, and user guides
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Clear communication skills to facilitate alignment and manage expectations
• English proficiency Upper-Intermediate (B2)

Nice to Have

• Business analysis certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA
• Project management or Agile certification such as PMP or CSM
• Experience with complex enterprise software products
• Experience with system integration or modernization initiatives
• Experience in regulated environments with strict compliance requirements
