Senior Business Analyst - Mortgages
Location: Amsterdam, NL
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 70,000 - 90,000 € per year

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them get the most out of our SaaS solution.
- Translate complex client needs into smart, scalable technical solutions.
- Lead system and process implementations and provide strategic advice on mortgage and financial products.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver client-specific solutions.
- Use your market expertise to provide insights that help both our clients and Ohpen move forward.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in the Dutch mortgage market.
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in a technology-driven environment.
- In-depth knowledge of financial services, with a strong focus on mortgages.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English.
- Ability to translate client needs into practical, technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and results.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based Core Banking Engines.
- Familiarity with system and process implementations.
