Senior Business Analyst

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in South Africa. The role will focus on providing strategic business analysis services to our business, working closely with teams to understand and document capabilities needed to address business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Review business processes and identify opportunities to improve business efficiency
• Manage and oversee requirements gathering, elicitation, documentation, and management of business requirements
• Lead and manage the delivery of medium to complex projects
• Enforce project deadlines and schedules, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and apply project standards
• Manage the Business Analyst team in respect to delivery and quality

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of business processes and analysis techniques
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
