About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support key initiatives across the Payments and Savings functions within a banking environment. This role is suited to a consultant with a strong operational background who can work closely with business stakeholders to drive process improvements and support business change.

The ideal candidate will have experience across payments and savings products, particularly within funds and equities, although professionals with a solid background in banking operations and financing will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze and document business requirements across payments and savings initiatives
  • Work closely with business and operational stakeholders to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support the delivery of business change initiatives across banking operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective solutions
  • Contribute to process optimization and operational efficiency within the organization

Requirements

  • 4-6 years' experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar business change role within financial services
  • Background in banking operations
  • Understanding of general financing and operational processes
  • Skills in analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to Have

  • Experience in payments, savings products and services
  • Familiarity with funds and equities
  • Knowledge of accounting principles within a banking or financial services environment
