Senior Business Analyst

Our first service center in Asia Pacific is in Metro Manila (Mandaluyong) from where we provide our service to Europe, APAC incl. our local market Philippines, and USA regions. Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work collaboratively with end users and be responsible for:

• Stakeholder Management and Communication

  • Act as a point of contact for IT teams and business stakeholders, facilitating the efficient exchange of technical solutions and business requirements.
  • Lead conferences and workshops to gather feedback, confirm specifications, and ensure alignment and buy-in from stakeholders.

• Adoption and Training

  • Conduct periodic learning workshops for MAS and BoardLib user communities.
  • Create training materials and ensure the accuracy and content of the system’s knowledge base.

• Requirements Gathering and Elicitation

  • Conduct requirements elicitation workshops and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to guide business choices and workflow enhancements.

• Process Enhancement and Modeling

  • Define business processes in consultation with business users.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

• Solution Design and Evaluation

  • Develop and recommend solutions to address business problems and meet stakeholder needs.
  • Develop necessary requirements for the project in Azure DevOps, aligned with standard document artifacts.

• Scrum Team and IT Teams’ Support and Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the QA team to provide and validate test scenarios.
  • Coordinate with the testing team and assist users with User Acceptance Testing.
  • Collaborate with ITD teams to implement new technology solutions and participate in testing and validating new systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Management, Business Management, Accounting, or any related course.
• At least 10 years of solid experience in business analysis and 5 years in a senior business analysis role.
• 5 years of experience in banking, accounting, financial services sector.
• 7 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, business process modeling, and project management methodologies.
• Strong training and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge in Agile and Waterfall Methodology.
• Knowledgeable in using Azure DevOps, Microsoft Technology Stack (SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, Power BI).
• Ability to build rapport, manage relationships, and provide user adoption training.
• Strong stakeholder communication and management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
