About the Position
Senior Business Central Consultant - Remote (U.S.)
We are seeking a driven, client-focused Senior Business Central Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience to join our team. This high-impact role is for a seasoned expert ready to lead complex ERP implementations and drive lasting client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Client-Facing Leadership
- Own the client relationship from kickoff through delivery. Communicate complex solutions with clarity and confidence.
- Full-Cycle Implementations
- Lead end-to-end Business Central projects - requirements, configuration, data migration, training, and go-live.
- Results-Driven Delivery
- Drive implementations to successful, on-time outcomes. Manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Post-Implementation Support
- Provide ongoing support, optimization, and guidance to ensure clients continue to get maximum value from BC.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
- Proven track record working within the Microsoft Partner Channel
- Multiple full-cycle Business Central implementations under your belt - from scoping to go-live
- Excellent client-facing communication skills - comfortable leading workshops, demos, and executive conversations
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional BC solutions
- Experience providing post-implementation support and system optimization
- Collaborative, self-motivated mindset with a genuine drive to deliver results
We Offer
- Competitive Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 USD per year
- Remote Work: Fully remote position based in the United States
