The financial sector is undergoing transformation: AI, automation, and digital platforms are changing business models and processes. As part of our Financial Services Industry Team, you will become a strategic partner for our clients, actively driving their transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation projects with a focus on digital innovation and AI-driven solutions
• Develop strategic roadmaps for digital transformation and new business models
• Act as a bridge between business and IT: Translate business requirements into technological solutions
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end processes to improve efficiency, cost structure, and customer satisfaction
• Provide C-Level consulting and conduct workshops to make organizations fit for change
• Drive innovation: Identify trends and technologies shaping the FSI industry
• Support change management, including communication and training concepts
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive consulting and tailored solutions
• Focus on clients from the reinsurance and insurance sectors, with the option to also take on projects in the banking and asset management sectors

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, (Business) Informatics, or related fields
• Several years of experience in management consulting or the financial services sector
• High degree of initiative and ownership: You recognize opportunities and drive innovation
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills for managing complex projects
• Understanding of digital platforms, cloud solutions, and AI applications
• Project management excellence (certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum are advantageous)
• Analytical strength and business acumen to make data-driven decisions
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
