About the Position
Baumlink is supporting a fast-growing international data centre operator as it expands its commercial team in Germany. With significant additional capacity coming online, we’re looking for an experienced data centre sales professional with a genuine hunter mentality.
This is not a traditional Account Management role focused primarily on maintaining existing contracts. The priority is clear: winning new customers, opening doors, and generating new revenue.
📍 Frankfurt / Central Germany | Hybrid
💰 Up to €100k base + c. €60k variable / €160k OTE
The business is entering an important growth phase, with substantial additional capacity to commercialise. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to actively win and build new business, rather than simply manage an existing portfolio.

- Managing complex sales pipelines, forecasts, and contracts
Requirements
- 5+ years’ B2B sales experience within the data centre / colocation sector
- Proven success in new-logo acquisition and hunting
- An established network within the German data centre market
- Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure and solutions
- Confidence selling and negotiating at senior decision-maker level
- Fluent German and strong English
