As a wholesale, service, and logistics partner, we supply around 40,000 sales outlets of our customers with products for immediate and later enjoyment, including gas stations, kiosks, convenience stores, charging parks, and system gastronomy. Responsibilities

• Development of the technical vision and strategy for Search, Recommendation, and Personalization as well as definition of business goals, target images, and priorities
• Identification of sales, cross-selling, up-selling, and personalization potentials as well as prioritization of initiatives and investments based on business impact and customer benefit
• Responsibility for business cases, ROI, and profitability as well as definition of success metrics and control of technical performance
• Derivation of technical requirements from market, customer, and company needs in close cooperation with sales, purchasing, marketing, CRM, and e-commerce
• Technical client of the Product Manager and sparring partner for analytics and relevant departments, while the Product Manager brings requirements and priorities into the organization
• Responsibility for business outcome, sales development, customer benefit, profitability, and prioritization from a business perspective

Requirements

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (Several years of experience) in E-Commerce, Digital Business, Category Management, or Sales
• Practical experience in the development of strategies and business cases as well as the ability to translate data and customer insights into concrete growth initiatives
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, purchasing behavior, commercial levers in online business, and the management of complex stakeholder landscapes
• Knowledge of AI-driven growth and personalization approaches is advantageous
• Pronounced entrepreneurial thinking as well as high customer and result orientation
