About the Position
SENIOR C&B SUPERVISOR
We are seeking a Senior C&B Supervisor to manage payroll, compensation, and benefits programs for our global team.
Responsibilities

Payroll & Personal Income Tax (PIT)
- Manage and ensure accurate, timely monthly payroll processing
- Calculate, declare, and finalize PIT in compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with Finance and relevant stakeholders on payroll and tax matters
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality

Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Management
- Administer and monitor compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Review and propose improvements to enhance C&B effectiveness

Salary Review, Promotion & Market Benchmarking
- Lead annual salary review and promotion processes
- Conduct market salary surveys and benchmarking analysis
- Provide recommendations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness

Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles (quarterly/annual)
- Align performance results with compensation and reward frameworks
- Support line managers in performance evaluation and calibration

Time Attendance & Social Insurance (BHXH)
- Oversee timekeeping and attendance management system
- Manage social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance processes
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements

HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in and follow up HR-related projects (HRIS, policy development, transformation initiatives, etc.)
- Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Senior P&O BP
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in C&B, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong experience in payroll, PIT, and social insurance
Skills & Competencies
- Solid knowledge of labor law, tax regulations, and HR practices
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with HR systems or data tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage
