Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for process governance and change coordination? Inetum is looking for a Senior Change Manager to oversee and ensure the successful execution of changes across the CAPS application landscape.

Responsibilities

As a Change Manager, you will:

• Lead the Change Management process, from request evaluation to final approval, in alignment with CA-GIP standards
• Assess risks and impacts of proposed changes on production services, users, and processes
• Ensure quality and completeness of deliverables for each change
• Coordinate CAB and E-CAB meetings, acting as a mediator when needed
• Plan and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Monitor post-deployment success and conduct Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs)

Requirements

• Strong experience in Change Management and ITIL-based processes
• Solid understanding of IT systems and ability to interpret technical language
• Ability to write clear and concise documentation
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to read/debug Java 8+ code (a plus)
• Fluent in French (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)

Working Hours

• Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Availability during lunch hours for urgent changes (flexible lunch schedule)
