About the Position

Senior Change Manager - Olympic Decommissioning (Ref : 471)

We are seeking a Senior Change Manager for Olympic Decommissioning to join a leading bank in Luxembourg Kirchberg. This role is hybrid and requires experience in banking and corporate trust activities.

Responsibilities

Coordination of Change Management: Strategy, communication, training, and resistance management.
Client Interface: Identifying needs, proactive communication, and feedback management.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Mapping impacts by business, aligning processes, redefining operating models, and user training.
Technical Collaboration: Resolving blockers with technical teams (OFS/ATLAS2/Calypso).
Deliverables Management: Communication plans, training materials, and progress reporting.

Requirements

Profile: Senior Change Manager with proven experience in banking transformation and knowledge of Corporate Trust activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change management from submission to closure.
- Protecting the information system by ensuring changes do not present unacceptable risks.
- Detecting potential conflicts between changes and proposing appropriate production rollout dates.
- Establishing and continuously improving the change management process within operational Production teams.

Nice to Have

Expertise in system transition management in a complex banking environment.
Proficiency in Corporate Trust issues and target tools (OFS, ATLAS2, Calypso).
Leadership skills to unite multiple stakeholders (clients, business units, IT).
Resilience to stress and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
