About the Position
Senior Client Executive (Account Development)
NielsenIQ, a leader in marketing and sales information, is seeking a Senior Client Executive to join our Account Development team in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This role is pivotal for nurturing relationships with large FMCG clients and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the FMCG and Retail industry, and how trade and business needs are evolving.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong business relationships with assigned FMCG clients, including contract negotiations to expand cooperation.
- Revenue and Client Satisfaction: Achieve revenue targets and client satisfaction by managing client relationships effectively, increasing client engagement, and selling Retail Measurement services and NielsenIQ solutions.
- Business Planning: Own the business plans, including financial targets, proposal submissions, revenue securing, pipeline building, and financial performance tracking.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team for financial tracking, forecasting, revenue recognition, and cash collection processes.
- Analytical Guidance: Guide clients through the analytical process using NielsenIQ tools and processes.
- Solution Mapping: Identify new business opportunities and map the best fitting NielsenIQ solutions in collaboration with internal departments.
- Cross-Department Cooperation: Work closely with the customer success team to resolve client queries, prepare recommendations, and provide solutions to client needs.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in FMCG Retail and/or Trade Marketing.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Russian and strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written.
- Skills: Excellent presentation skills, good organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to make consultative sales.
- Business Acumen: Awareness of clients’ needs, strong business acumen, and analytical skills.
- Data Insight: Curious about data and competent to see the big picture and generate insights by incorporating multiple data resources/sets.
