  • Partner closely with People Partners, Recruiting, Stock Administration, and Finance to streamline cross-functional workflows and governance.
  • Utilize AI to draft and refine clear compensation communications, manager training resources, and self-service enablement guides.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to integrate AI and automated workflows into team processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and to solve real business questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, HR, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4–5 years of strong analytical experience building complex financial, statistical, or compensation models in Excel.
  • Familiarity with and enthusiasm for leveraging leading AI models and prompt engineering to enhance productivity, data analysis, and documentation where data policies permit.
  • Solid understanding of compensation mechanics (broad-based pay, incentive structures, and equity compensation).
  • Proficiency with Workday and compensation benchmarking/survey tools (e.g., Radford, Pave, Syndio, or similar).
  • Analytical thinker who combines data-driven rigor with organizational context to create actionable insights.
  • Innovative problem-solver eager to embrace AI tools and technology to eliminate manual work and scale impact.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines with high-quality execution.
  • Strong communicator capable of conveying complex quantitative findings and project updates with clarity and ease.
  • Team-first attitude.

We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $85,500-$107,000 USD
  • Equity and benefits package
  • Hybrid work model: Minimum of 3 days per week in the assigned office
