Senior Consultant Accountancy - Bonheiden

Moore Belgium is seeking a Senior Consultant Accountancy for our office in Bonheiden. If you are passionate about accountancy, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and are ready to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and quality-assuredly manage accountancy dossiers.
• Prepare periodic VAT reports and submit necessary formalities in a timely manner.
• Provide interim reporting based on continuously maintained accounting records.
• Independently prepare annual financial statements for sole proprietorships, partnerships, and legal entities, as well as personal income tax returns.
• Regularly consult with clients and senior colleagues to ensure the continuity and quality of the output.
• Support and mentor junior consultants and interns, sharing your knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• Master's or professional bachelor's degree with a specialization in accountancy and taxation. Additional tax education is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting firm. You should be able to manage files independently.
• Proficiency in digital accounting software.
• Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Critical mindset ensuring accuracy in your files. A healthy dose of team spirit and initiative will help you achieve your goals. Strong customer focus completes your profile.

Your challenge?

• You are responsible for the efficient and quality delivery of your accountancy files. Challenge accepted!
• You prepare the periodic VAT declarations and submit the necessary formalities in a timely manner.

• You regularly consult with your clients and senior colleagues and report to ensure the continuity and quality of the output.
• You support and guide junior consultants and interns in their work. You share your knowledge and best practices with them.
