Du willst im Bereich Strategy, Risk & Transactions – Advisory – Mergers & Acquisitions Kunden entlang des gesamten M&A-Deal-Zyklus begleiten – von Strategie und Due Diligence über Finanzierungs- und Technologiefragen bis hin zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung und Integration von Transaktionen? Your Impact

Als Senior Consultant Commercial Due Diligence (m/w/d) berätst du Private-Equity-Investoren und deren Portfoliounternehmen strategisch zu Unternehmenskäufen und -verkäufen – und trägst so zu nachhaltigen Investitionsentscheidungen sowie zu zukunftsorientierten, erfolgreichen Anlagestrategien bei. Neben der Begleitung von Commercial-Due-Diligence-Projekten wirkst Du an der Entwicklung von Strategien für Private-Equity-Beteiligungen und andere Unternehmen mit.

• Consulting: Du begleitest unsere Kunden in allen Phasen von Commercial-Due-Diligence- und Strategieprojekten – vom Projektstart bis zum finalen Report.
• Project Co-Leadership: Du gestaltest Projektberichte konzeptionell mit und trägst Verantwortung für Projektmodule.
• Analyses: Ganzheitliche Prüfung von Geschäftsmodellen sowie Analyse des Markt- und Wettbewerbsumfelds und der Business-Plan-Annahmen unter gezieltem Einsatz innovativer, KI-basierter Lösungen.
• Client Retention and Acquisition: Bestehende Mandantenbeziehungen baust du kontinuierlich aus und wirkst aktiv bei der Gewinnung neuer Kunden mit.
• Employee Guidance: Deine jüngeren Kolleg:innen begleitest du emphatisch, motivierend und unterstützt sie aktiv im Projektgeschehen.

Your Skillset

• Degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, im Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen oder vergleichbar
• Relevant Experience in der Strategieberatung, einer Inhouse-Strategieabteilung oder der M&A-Beratung, idealerweise im Bereich Commercial Due Diligence
• Strong Interest in strategic questions, pronounced numerical affinity, proficient use of PowerPoint, Excel, and other Office applications
• Proficient Knowledge and pronounced application expertise in the use of AI-based analysis approaches for the efficient and structured handling of complex strategic and commercial issues
• Persuasive Communication and presentation skills in German and English (very good in speech and writing)
