Your Impact

Als Senior Consultant Compliance / Transformation & Digitalisierung entwickelst du zusammen mit deinem Team Lösungen für die digitale Transformation der Compliance-Funktionen und berätst zu aktuellen Fragestellungen rund um AI, Automatisierung und innovative Nutzung von Daten im Bereich Compliance. Werde Teil unseres Teams und leiste deinen Beitrag zu unserem Purpose „Making a global impact that matters – through smart solutions to navigate regulatory complexity”.

• Interface: Du berätst Organisationen aller Größen und Branchen bei der strategischen und operativen Gestaltung der digitalen Transformation und entwickelst in der Schnittstelle zwischen Compliance und IT unser Produktportfolio weiter.
• Alliance Partnerships: In Zusammenarbeit mit führenden Software-Dienstleistern erarbeitest du innovative Lösungen für die Compliance-Funktionen unserer Kunden.
• Thought Leadership: Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Entwicklung unserer Produkte und Services und berätst unsere Kunden in der Digitalisierungsstrategie von Compliance-Funktionen.
• Acquisition: Du begleitest die Erstellung von Angeboten und bist aktiv im Aufbau und der Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen eingebunden.
• Innovation: Deloitte fördert über das Innovation-Board neue Ideen und hilft bei der marktreifen Entwicklung von Produkten, auch in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem RegTech Lab.

Your Skillset

• Successful degree of a university (Bachelor or Master), e.g. Business, Science, or Engineering studies and first practical experience in management consulting or the development/implementation of software solutions
• Knowledge of digital solutions in the GRC area as well as digitalization of regulatory processes and reporting, ideally practical knowledge in programming languages and common data analysis tools
• High communication and teamwork skills as well as interest and openness to new tasks and challenges as well as analytical thinking and data analysis skills and deep expertise in MS-Excel
• Independent work in a team as well as interest in taking on responsibility, confident demeanor and flexibility
• Willingness to travel as well as very good written and spoken German and English
