Responsibilities
- Bereichsaufbau Construction: You will actively build the Construction department within the personal placement and shape its development with your own ideas and market knowledge.
- Vertrieb & Kundenentwicklung: You will attract new customers through targeted approaches, develop existing business relationships, and establish a sustainable network.
- Recruiting: You will identify suitable specialists and managers and inspire them for the respective vacancies of your clients.
- Personalvermittlung: You will independently accompany the entire placement process – from the initial recording of the client's needs to the successful filling of the position.
Requirements
- Erfahrung in der Personalvermittlung: You are familiar with the processes and success factors of personal placement and bring relevant practical experience.
- Construction-Know-how: Knowledge in civil engineering or TGA allows you to confidently access customers and candidates in the industry.
- Vertriebsstärke: Sales is a central part of your work, with persuasiveness and initiative, you develop new business potentials.
