About the Position

Join our team as a Senior Consultant Data Science & AI Healthcare to develop and implement innovative solutions in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Strategically and technically advise our clients on the use of AI and Data Science and support the implementation of concrete projects.
• Manage AI and Data Science projects from requirements analysis and conception to implementation and execution.
• Conduct requirement, process, and potential analyses and translate technical requirements into suitable solution approaches.
• Identify, design, and develop relevant AI and Data Science use cases for clients in the healthcare sector.
• Analyze current technological, regulatory, and market developments and derive specific application and consulting fields for the healthcare sector.
• Support tenders, offers, and framework contracts technically and ideally further develop our Healthcare portfolio around AI and Data Science.
• Develop AI-supported solutions and automations, connect technical requirements with technical possibilities, and support clients in using AI responsibly and value-adding.
• Consulting means flexibility: Your project deployment depends on our clients and your project situation – you work hybrid throughout Germany, in our offices, on-site at the client, and from home.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Health Economics, or a comparable field.
• At least three years of relevant project experience with AI and/or Data Science and solid experience with corresponding use cases.
• Experienced in requirements, process, and stakeholder management and can confidently translate technical requirements into concrete solution approaches.
• Good knowledge of the German healthcare system, ideally from the statutory health insurance environment, social insurance providers, or IT service providers.
• Managed and implemented consulting, transformation, or digitalization projects in the context of AI and Data Science.
• Solid understanding of current AI and Data Science technologies and relevant regulatory frameworks for sensitive data and the healthcare sector.
• Understand the potentials and limitations of AI, can explain complex issues comprehensibly, and evaluate data-based solutions with regard to their actual added value.
• Experience with technical concepts and ideally tenders, offers, or framework contracts complements your strong consulting, analysis, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of German and English (from B2 level).
