What You Will Experience

• Responsibility from Day One: Independent design of operations projects in manufacturing industries such as Defence, Aviation, and Machine and Plant Construction, as well as taking on partial project responsibility.
• Analysis & Implementation: Analysis of operational processes, identification of concrete improvement potentials, and implementation of pragmatic measures directly on the shop floor.
• Teamwork & Communication: Close collaboration with colleagues, departments, and customers.
• Process & Supply Chain Understanding: High understanding of end-to-end processes and the ability to recognize and optimize connections within the entire supply chain.
• Method Competence & Development: Future-oriented development and application of modern methods such as Lean Management, Value Stream Designs, and Efficiency Improvement Programs.
• Excellent Factories: Active participation in the development and implementation of concepts for excellent factories to anchor best practices, digital approaches, and operational excellence in production environments.

Requirements

• A completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Relevant practical experience in operations/lean at consulting or industrial level.
• Relevant experience with methods such as Lean, Value Stream Analysis, Six Sigma, KVP, or Kaizen.
• (Proven) Ability to structure and implement projects independently.
• Interest in the interface with the supply chain.
• Analytical thinking, strong affinity for key figures, structured working style, and willingness to take on responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills and a good sense for dealing with people.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
