EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Transaction Strategy and Execution team work together with German Real Estate Team. Together, we are looking for a Senior Consultant – Project Management & Construction to join the GDS team in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Real estate projects full cycle consulting.
• Provide consultation on property construction, infrastructure engineering projects, including planning, design, and implementation.
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and constraints.
• Develop and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction and maintenance phases.
• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Prepare and present technical reports, market studies, proposals, and documentation to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience: +4 years’ of professional experience in real estate construction sector.
• Languages: Fluent German and English language skills.
• Travel: Ability to travel and work across EU as per business requirements.
• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.
