About the Position

akquinet consulting GmbH is seeking a (Senior) Consultant im Bereich Finance & Controlling (m/w/d) in Grünwald, Germany. This role involves strategic development and optimization of financial and controlling functions.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of strategies for the realignment and optimization of financial and controlling functions, as well as the introduction and optimization of integrated management information systems.
• Assist in ongoing projects by revising and designing planning strategies and processes, and by creating and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop proposals for the optimization and automation of process flows, as well as concepts for the introduction of internal control systems and mechanisms.
• Contribute to the technical design of ERP system implementations (typically SAP S/4HANA) and support the rollout phase from a finance, project controlling, and investment management perspective.
• Bring your own ideas, drive internal topics, and help shape the future and further development of akquinet consulting (part of the AKQUINET Group).

Requirements

• Successful completion of a university degree in Business Administration (Finance & Controlling), Business Informatics, or Business Engineering.
• Practical experience in a management consultancy or a similarly relevant role in industry, trade, or the telecommunications sector.
• Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, a high degree of independence and initiative, and a structured approach.
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO or IM/PS is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent command of German and English in both written and spoken form.
• Flexibility, resilience, creativity, teamwork, a confident demeanor, and a sense of humor.
