Your Impact

Als Senior Consultant / IT-Manager Software Produktentwicklung (m/w/d) liegt dein Fokus auf der Software Produktentwicklung. Hier unterstützt und begleitest du unsere Kunden im gesamten Prozess – von der Definition und dem Management der Anforderungen über die Softwarearchitektur, die Entwicklung, den Test bis hin zum Go-live und der Wartung.

• Innovation: Auf Basis von State-of-the-art-Technologien setzt du kreative Lösungen um. Gemeinsam mit unseren Mandanten gestaltest du dabei neue Softwareprodukte.
• Entwicklungsszyklus: Über alle Phasen hinweg unterstützt du unsere Mandanten entlang des gesamten SDLC – Software Development Lifecycle.
• Hands-on-Mentalität: Du entwickelst neue Services zur Anwendung im Rahmen des Softwareentwicklungsprozesses.
• Arbeitsumfeld: Unter Nutzung agiler Methoden wie Scrum entwickelst du auf Basis moderner Technologien Web-Anwendungen (Full-Stack, z.B.: Spring, React, Angular) oder Cloud-basierte Lösungen (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure).
• Teamwork: Um maßgeschneiderte und optimale Lösungen für unsere Mandanten sicherzustellen, stehst du im Austausch mit unseren (internationalen) Delivery Centern.

Your Skillset

• Degree in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, -Ingenieurwesen, Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbar, ideal: Zertifizierung Anforderungs- oder Testmanagement (IREB, ISTQB)
• Knowledge of a programming language (e.g., Java, Python) plus experience in application development including SDLC processes
• Experience in one of the following areas: Software Product Management; Requirements Management in the context of SW product developments; Architecture
• Practice in one of the topics: Development/Programming; Processes/Tools (GIT, Maven, Jira); Agile Project Management (Scrum, Kanban), Test Management/Execution; DevOps
• Travel willingness and very good communication and presentation skills in German and English very good in word and writing
