Senior Consultant

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team and help clients transform their manufacturing and production planning processes with SAP S/4HANA.

📍 Location: Milan or Turin

Responsibilities

As part of an international team, you will deliver client-facing SAP projects, supporting organizations as they design, implement, and improve their SAP S/4HANA solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading or contributing to SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) implementations, transformations, and rollouts.
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional designs, process flows, and SAP configuration.
• Supporting end-to-end production planning processes, including demand management, material requirements planning, production orders, capacity planning, and shop-floor execution.
• Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and advising clients on SAP PP capabilities and leading practices.
• Coordinating with other SAP modules and technical teams to support end-to-end process integration.
• Contributing to testing, data migration, cutover, training, and post-go-live support.
• Building trusted client relationships and supporting project teams in delivering measurable business results.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering SAP PP projects, including hands-on configuration and implementation work.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and a strong understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to gather and analyze requirements, develop functional specifications, and communicate recommendations clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, presentation, and teamwork skills, with a client-focused and collaborative approach.
• Comfortable working in an international environment and communicating in English; proficiency in Italian is an advantage. Other European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when project needs require it.
