About the Position

We are seeking a (Senior) Consultant Lucanet Solutions to join our team in Berlin, specializing in Group Accounting, Financial Planning, and Disclosure Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored solutions for our medium-sized clients in the areas of Group Accounting, Financial Planning, and Disclosure Management using the Lucanet Platform.
• Analyze, design, and optimize financial processes holistically – from data collection through consolidation to meaningful management reporting.
• Develop audit-proof technical and implementation concepts, e.g., in the context of IFRS conversions, proforma consolidations, or system implementations, and implement them independently for our clients.
• Conduct user training, customer training, and implementation workshops – both on-site and remotely – and act as a technical sparring partner for our clients.
• Support our clients in the introduction of digital financial processes and modern finance systems, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of their finance organizations.

Requirements

• A successfully completed degree with a focus on finance (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics).
• Several years of professional experience in consulting or the financial sector, e.g., in audit-related activities, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or group accounting/group controlling.
• Alternatively, experience in finance software or system projects with a solid understanding of financial processes.
• Very good knowledge of accounting (HGB), consolidation, and integrated planning processes; good IFRS knowledge is advantageous.
• Practical experience in implementation-oriented projects, ideally with Lucanet or comparable consolidation and CPM solutions.
• Willingness to work in a team and enjoy close cooperation with departments and decision-makers in the SME sector.
• Very good German and English language skills in speech and writing, as well as nationwide travel availability.
