Your Impact

Als (Senior) Consultant / Manager (m/w/d) begleitest du produzierende Unternehmen von der Prozessanalyse bis zum stabilen Betrieb moderner Manufacturing-IT- und MOM/MES-Lösungen im Kontext ganzheitlicher Enterprise-Architekturen.

• Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung als Lead Consultant bzw. Lead Architect in DELMIA Apriso-Projekten und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Architektur, Design und Integrationsfragen.
• Gemeinsam mit dem Team analysierst du Produktionsprozesse, erhebst und strukturierst fachliche sowie technische Anforderungen und leitest daraus tragfähige Lösungskonzepte ab.
• Du begleitest Projekte ganzheitlich von der Prozessanalyse, Technologie-Evaluierung über Lösungsdesign und Implementierung bis hin zu Tests, GoLive und Stabilisierung.
• Du konzipierst, implementierst und integrierst DELMIA Apriso-Lösungen für komplexe Produktionsprozesse in unterschiedlichen Branchen und Enterprise-Umgebungen wie ERP, PLM oder Shopfloor-Systeme.
• Du planst und modernisierst Kundenworkshops sowie Architektur-Reviews, gestaltest den Ausbau des DELMIA Apriso-Angebotsportfolios aktiv mit und entwickelst Kolleg:innen fachlich im MOM-Umfeld weiter.

Your Skillset

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder alternativ (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik oder Physik
• Tiefes Verständnis für produzierende Unternehmen, deren Aufbau, Abläufe und Geschäftsprozesse und fundierte Erfahrung mit shopfloor-nahen IT-Systemen sowie modernen IT-Prinzipien in Architektur und Integration
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in MES/MOM-Projekten, insbesondere mit DELMIA Apriso, über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in Zielarchitekturen, Integration, Aufwands- und Ressourcenplanung
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Fragestellungen schnell zu erfassen und in strukturierte, nachhaltige Lösungskonzepte zu überführen, Erfahrungen in der fachlichen Steuerung von Projektteams sowie hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Kenntnisse industrieller Protokolle (z. B. Modus, OPC UA, Profinet, RFC1006) sowie Erfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung (SIMATIC S7, Beckhoff TwinCAT, Rockwell o. Ä.) sind von Vorteil. Darüber hinaus bist du reisebereit und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
