Responsibilities
- Du übersetzt komplexe Anforderungen aus Entgeltabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft in stabile, integrierte und praxistaugliche SAP-Systemlösungen.
- Du optimierst Payroll-Prozesse durch den gezielten Einsatz des Payroll Control Centers, intelligente Prozessautomatisierung und AI-Szenarien.
- Du bewertest Anforderungen der Zeitwirtschaft im SAP-Standard von Time Tracking, entwickelst passende Lösungsansätze und ergänzt fehlende Funktionalitäten mit der SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Du integrierst Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll und Time Tracking zu einer durchgängigen, effizienten und nutzerfreundlichen HR-Systemlandschaft.
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung in Workstreams oder anspruchsvollen HR-IT-Projekten und bist Sparringspartner:in für unsere Kund:innen bei der Transformation ihrer HR-Core-, Payroll- und Zeitwirtschaftsprozesse.
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in SAP Payroll und Zeitwirtschaft, idealerweise mit SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll und SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking.
- Kenntnisse deutscher Anforderungen in Steuer, Sozialversicherung, Payroll und Zeitwirtschaft und deren Umsetzung in SAP-basierte Prozess- und Systemlösungen.
- Souveräne Kommunikation mit Stakeholder:innen, kundenorientiertes Denken und Projektführung auf Deutsch und Englisch (auf C1-Niveau).
