About the Position
Join itacs GmbH as a (Senior) Consultant Microsoft 365 Collaboration in Berlin or remotely, shaping the future workplace with Microsoft 365.
Your Role
You will accompany our clients on their journey into the digital workplace and design modern collaboration solutions with Microsoft 365.
Your goal: To create added value and make the workplace of the future a reality.
Responsibilities
- Consulting & Implementation: Strategic introduction and integration of Microsoft 365 Collaboration Services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Viva) as well as Copilot and Power Platform into existing IT landscapes.
- Designing the Modern Workplace: Analysis of business processes and development of individual solutions for the workplace of the future.
- Driving Innovation: Identification of potentials in the M365 environment and implementation of scalable cloud solutions.
- Trusted Advisor: Point of contact for technical and business-relevant questions regarding Microsoft 365.
- Project Responsibility: Accompanying our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Teamwork: Close cooperation with our interdisciplinary teams and building sustainable customer relationships on an equal footing.
Your Profile

Core Skills:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Technologieberatung mit Schwerpunkt Microsoft 365 Collaboration (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Viva), Copilot und Power Platform.
- Fundiertes Verständnis für Microsoft Cloud und Modern Workplace Konzepte.
- Erfahrung in der Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und deren Abgleich mit dem Microsoft-Portfolio.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung und sicheres Auftreten bis auf Executive Level.
- Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an Wissensaustausch.

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
