Responsibilities

• Holistic consulting for customers on AI strategy and use cases in the Microsoft ecosystem, including the identification of deployment opportunities along the value chain and their prioritization based on benefit, feasibility, and risk
• Design and moderation of workshops and envisioning formats, from AI readiness check to Copilot introduction and process recording with the departments
• Analysis, optimization, and redesign of existing business processes through the identification of automation potentials and the targeted use of AI to create measurable added value
• Design and implementation of innovative AI solutions with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform – from prompt libraries to AI agents to automated workflows – including the integration of company data and, if necessary, Microsoft Foundry
• Planning and control of proofs of concept and pilot phases to validate AI solutions, including the definition of suitable KPIs and the measurement of business value for management and departments
• Ensuring governance, security, and compliance in the AI introduction through data readiness, suitable authorization concepts, and the use of Microsoft Purview and Entra ID, taking into account the requirements of the EU AI Act and the GDPR
• Design and implementation of adoption and change management measures through enablement formats, training, and communication concepts for the sustainable anchoring of AI in everyday work
• Support for sales in pre-sales through solution concepts, effort estimates, and offer and architecture presentations, identification of follow-up projects, and the establishment of long-term customer partnerships

Requirements

• Completed studies in (Business) Informatics or Economics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of consulting experience in the Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, or Data & AI environment and experience in the independent management of customer projects at senior level
• Solid practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform; experience with Microsoft Foundry or Azure OpenAI is advantageous
• Solid understanding of generative AI, including Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents, as well as a realistic understanding of the opportunities, limitations, and applications of corresponding technologies
• Experience in the analysis and modeling of business processes, e.g., with BPMN, and the ability to translate technological solutions into measurable business value
• Knowledge in the areas of AI governance, security, and compliance, in particular Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, authorization, and data classification concepts, as well as regulatory requirements such as the EU AI Act and the GDPR, is advantageous
• Confident appearance at different hierarchical levels, from departments to management, excellent communication skills, and a structured, solution-oriented working style and enthusiasm for sales and customer development
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, e.g., AB-730 AI Business Professional, AB-731 AI Transformation Leader, AB-100 Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect, or PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant, are desirable
• C1 German language skills, B2 English language skills
